WINE Issues and Possible Fixes ------------------------------ Wine Version Tested: 10 Document Last updated: 2025/08/13 CopperCube will run just fine on WINE using a GNU/Linux system as long as you set the graphics to use "OpenGL" as far as the viewport is concerned; you can have the Publish options use something else, to which Direct3D wil run better via Windows export. Also, you will most likely have a hard time moving and scaling 3D models in the viewport. You may have placed the mouse cursor over one of the 3D model's X, Y, or Z arrows to move it around but have no indication of any sort of successful mouse-over. I am not sure why, but you can fix this by pulling the left panel out more towards the view port, almost as if you need to shrink the viewport for object movement and scaling to work properly. CopperCube may work on modern Mac OS X via WINE, but I am not sure. The last known editor at the time of this writing for Mac OS X was CopperCube v6.3 for 32-bit Intel, to which recent versions of MacOS only allow 64-bit applications.
